About
The Be Real campaign aims to normalize asking for help and encourages adults and young people to recognize when help is needed. Two videos: Be Real and The Confess project we developed to shift norms and behaviors. The call to action for each video is to contact the Georgia Crisis and Access Line helpline at 1-800-715-4225.

Destigmatixe speaking about mental health and asking for support
